  Very disappointed with the staff. It was impossible to get help walking over the shop for 20 minutes and everybody sending me to somebody else. At the end the person that could help was extremely rude and I didn't get the help I needed. So unfortunate I left the shop without buying anything.

  My experience with Bauhaus is unfortunate over time is not a good one. First and most importantly when you need help or just seeking product info.... you can't find anybody in your hardware or department.... very frustrating. Secondarily and very very disappointing now, they have opened "quick check out" Great if your buying a packet of nails or a light bulb. But as I'm buying for my firm app €500 /week and have to wait sometimes 25min just to check out and registered on my account cause they have only 1 cashier for the tradesman line. I'm very dissatisfied with Bauhaus and have now opened account with Hagenbau market. Have had enough...

  You can buy almost all of your hardware supplies here. I found almost all the item I'd need if I am building a new house.
