::The Balthasar Café and Bistro in Werneck Castle is worth a visit, especially in spring or summer with a view of the castle garden and a seat on the terrace. The staff is free to serve, which means self-service is the order of the day. The cakes are very tasty and homemade. Check it out.

::A nice cafe in a wonderful building. Pastries and cakes are very good, the cappuccino is awesome!!!! Afterwards a walk through the beautiful park, perfect!!!

::Today we went to Café Balthasar thanks to Schlemmerblock. There was a nice selection of different cakes and matching drinks (coffee, latte macchiato, cocoa, etc.). The furnishings fit well with the rooms here in the castle. The view of the park from the terrace was great and created a great atmosphere. The cake and cocoa were very tasty. The Balthasar is highly recommended.
