  So today I booked a manicure on treatwell and choose the Studio Balance, I was happy cause I managed to get an appointment for the same day.. once arrived I was treated very well and offered a drink. Unfortunately I wasn't getting happy with the manicure. I literally had my hands in water for less then a minute, my skin was still dry and she didn't manage to cut out the cuticles or to push the back.. I asked her if she could clean them more.. but she didnt at the end! She kept using the nail file on the cuticles!! I had payed a 30 minutes manicure which at the end lasted 1 hour! Which would not have been the problem if she had made a good result. She was to scared to cut the cuticles so at the end she used a nail drill, unfortunately she didnt know how to use that either, as you can see in the pictures one nail has a big hole!!! She kept saying that she took all the cuticles out, I completely disagree! My hands dont look like I just came out from a manicure! They look like I have never been taking care of them :( !!! So disappointed.. hard workers hands look better than mine Worst result ever! Dont go there!!!

  Sehr geehrte Mitarbeiterin, ich bin echt enttäuscht von alles. Ich sollte an Oberkörper Bauch Brust und den rücken eine sogenannte Waxing erhalten was allerdings total in die Hose ging. Als erstes wurde mir am Rücken die Haare entfernt und am nächsten Tag dann Bauch und der Brustbereich was ich allerdings nach dem ersten Termin direkt abgesagt habe...Ich bekam nach dem Waxing am rücken überall rote kleine Pickel und ging drauf hin ins Krankenhaus.. Im Krankenhaus wurde mir gesagt, dass nicht nur die Haare entfernt wurden sondern auch leider mein Haut stark damit beschädigt wurde.. Es brennt wie die Sau und noch schlimmer sind die ekligen Punkte überall am Körper... Kein gutes Ergebnis und keine saubere Arbeitsplatz...daher Ein Stern nie wieder !

  Man will fast keine gute Bewertung geben, damit mehr Termine frei werden :) Sehr angenehmes Studio mit immer freundlichem Personal und fairen Preisen.

  Auf Empfehlung einer sehr guten Freundin hatte ich gestern meinen ersten Termin dort und bin mit dem Ergebnis der Augenbrauen und Wimpern absolut zufrieden! Das Studio ist sehr gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, sympathisch und kompetent. Man fühlt sich einfach richtig wohl dort :-) Dieses Studio ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
