::I can't comment on the pastry shop and the café. But there is still a lot of room for improvement at the bakery. I've never eaten such bad rolls. Very airy, you just won't get tired of it. And there is neither a nice crispy crust nor a soft one. You literally have to tear the rolls apart with your teeth because they are so tough and rubbery. Then it’s better to bake some rolls 😒
