  The young man was apparently new, but super nice. This couldn't be said about the German saleswoman with brown hair. She's probably the boss and mistress of her foreign staff. The German lady has a way with her, that's not possible. She also snapped at me because I didn't want cheese for breakfast. So rude

  Unfortunately, the pretzels, whether cheese or with pepper, are not recommended. So greasy and not particularly tasty. Quite expensive for that!

  So the cheese pretzels were a disgrace. We have already bought them twice and now we have enough. They taste like they were pulled out from under the car seat two days ago. Dry on the outside, limp on the inside. Even at discount stores you can get better ones for much less money! Please save yourself meaningless answers praising your quality - then something like this shouldn't happen. Still love everything - maybe at least the rolls taste good? I'm keen to try things out

  I also expect high quality from bread from a bakery at a high price. Bread is so crumbly that it is difficult to spread and falls apart

  Baked goods taste good and the selection is varied. But when you order a small coffee for €2.30, you expect more than just half a cup. At least use smaller cups, then the customer will feel less ripped off! impudence. The coffee isn't good either.
