  My husband and I went to the store, ordered, and paid for a Teutonia BeYou Elite Kinderwagen on November 30. The delivery window was between 3.12 and 6.12. On 19.12, I received an email that it was no longer available. We called customer service, but the customer service rep hung up on my husband because he didn't speak German. A colleague called customer service for us. She said that BabyWalz tried to deliver the product on 2.12, but because we were not home, it was not delivered, restocked, and sold to someone else. They left no notification of the delivery attempt whatsoever. After looking at my babywalz account, I should have realized sooner that there was a problem. The original order is shown, but also a new order from 12.12 that we did not make ourselves. While I should not have assumed that delivery was late due to the holiday season, I find it completely inappropriate that they sold a product that was bought and paid for by us to another customer. We received our money back, ordered the same Kinderwagen from another company, and received it within a couple of days. I do NOT recommend giving BabyWalz your business. We will not shop there for anything for our first child. The customer service here is horrendous.
