  Mr. Thomas has been my client advisor for several years. He can be reached almost every day of the day. Praiseworthy is that he helps me even if he is prevented. There is the customer service who can also help quickly. His direct style, especially the advice, I like very much. Mr. Thomas advises in favor of my purse and that's great !!! Keep it up

  Contact person is probably the wrong word - because questions are simply not answered and assistance and advice? Wrong! Emails are answered only in bullet points, not even in sentences and further questions may be asked to the following phone number (...). From a personal contact of an insurance company, in which I have various contracts and several hundred euros per month, I expect more. Or rather: ANYWHAT!

  Under Axacenter I imagine something else, one is received here in a private apartment. At the specified office hours several times no one was present. At the first and for me last date, the consultant worked on me very arogant and determinate. Because you can only advise against!
