  Space was full, the employee was very stressed. In retrospect, there was an additional scratch in the car, which was supposedly caused by us. Definitely take the damage reports with you! I've never seen anything like this with such a large rental.

  Staff very friendly and competent! For five years this "temporary solution" already exists. The employees squat in a filthy warehouse, which is more like a demolition house! No counter, no computer. At each vehicle pickup at the neighboring Avis - station all data of driving license, etc. must be transmitted by phone and you sometimes wait for half an hour until the confirmation comes by fax. This is annoying!

  Anyone who has to return a van outside the opening hours will remember it for a long time. The return was actually planned for the city center. But Avis had contacted me that I should deliver the transporter in the Holzmarktstraße. On this run-down backyard may be ranked a lot, if not much is free. Then you look for the safe for the key - which does not exist here. Instead, you have to find out at some point that the key is sent to another station. Before that one is however already several times wrong on and around the area. Of course, this is great fun in the dark hours.

  I would stay away from this location. I dropped a car here off hours. They tried to charge me for half a tank of gas. Luckily I had kept my receipts and was able to get the money refunded after calling and emailing in my receipts.
