::We bought an I10 from this dealer some time ago. The preparation of the vehicle was not carried out as agreed at the time of handover. Scratches and quirks were not revised as agreed. Since we had a long journey, we accepted that .. You can polish scratches and rework stone chips yourself if necessary. A touch-up pen should be sent to us, which, as agreed, was not included with the car when it was handed over. After several calls and now a few weeks / months of patient waiting until today, we just held out and received no subsequent delivery as agreed. If nothing were a problem, there wouldn't be these empty promises and the sometimes extremely unfriendly manner on the phone. Unfortunately, I do not remember this dealer positively.

::Although online advice was only possible due to Corona, the selection, ordering and handover of the vehicle worked perfectly. The salesman, Mr Werner, deserves great praise. Even after the 8th call, he was very knowledgeable and patient with not only providing information, but even reordering the vehicle (Santa Fe). Mr. Werner also advised professionally on all questions relating to financing, even changing the agreed financing at short notice was no problem. After the agreed 4 weeks, the vehicle, even with winter wheels, was ready for collection at short notice. During the handover, Mr. Werner took a lot of time and proved his professional competence in all questions.
