  Polite down to earth family owned and operated business. They even call you when there's a problem! And give advice! Great! Never got that from ANY VW place.

  Sehr unfreundlicher Verkäufer. Schreibt in der Anzeige falsche Angaben und lässt einen von weit herfahren. Wenn man dann über den Preis sprechen will, wird man nur belächelt.

  Strange, I had made an appointment for over a week telling them that some interior bulbs must be changed. I go there and they say they must order first the part and they do not have the time. I have asked on the telephone twice do they carry the bulbs. Why did they not ask for the papers of my car before hand to make sure they had the bulbs in stock? I had expected better service since this is located close to the americans. For any car needs, email or fax your car papers first so they will not send you away saying they need to order the part. Also call before hand to make sure if the part is there that they have time to fix the problem.
