  Back and forth with this business and insurance three times over a five month period on use of a VAT form for auto repair. Finally insurance company just paid the tax. Not customer friendly.

  Ich bin seit Jahrzehnten Kunde ; damals noch Auto Rossel. Freundliches Personal ; schöne Show Rooms. Viele Jahre ein echtes Parkplatzproblem

  Was kann ich schreiben außer das ich nach "langer" Suche nach einem VW Autohaus hier "hängen" geblieben bin. Wichtig war für mich bei einem Berater, Aufmerksamkeit und doch nicht Aufdringlich zu sein. DAs war KLASSE. Alle Schritte beim Kauf meines Autos wurden sehr kompetent und freundlich begleitet. Daumen hoch.

  One of the most irritating customer officers in all Audi repair shops I've visited. Lilliputien parking space, and below average knowledge of the mechanics who will push you to replace more parts than you should. Avoid it if you can. Wiesbaden deserves a much improved level of service than what Auto Rossel is providing.
