::Extremely unhelpful. Was not a single other person other than the staff. I'm australian and was not even allowed to properly enter the building and was held in the doorway. I understand that maybe they could not help me with visa issues, but I certainly expected better, friendly, and more welcoming service from my own embassy....

I had to stand at the door so I could be given a paper and be told: ‘I don’t know anything, you can ask google for answers.’ I understand that you can apply to tourist visas online but me and my cousin also had some questions about the Work & Travel Visa which were completely disregarded...
