::Stay away from this delivery service. Packages are not processed for months and contact attempts are not answered. Pay particular attention to the many remarkably well-written 5-star reviews that were obviously purchased. If you want expensive wine or whiskey, it's best to have it delivered via Asendia. By the time he arrives he has 12 years under his belt. The only question is whether the bottle will still be intact!

::I would like to give 1 star but that's not possible! Since October 10th, when the package was handed over to Asendia in Hong Kong, there has been no more tracking update! I called Asendia in Austria! It was the rudest call I've ever had! The lady was so unfriendly and simply didn't give me any information! I should ask the post office... I hope this company is closed and the lady is terminated without notice!!!! WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY!!!!

::Apparently a delivery attempt was made on Sunday at 12:01 a.m. ... now I'm supposed to pick up the package. No note or other information about where I can pick up the package was left. According to Amazon I should contact Asendia UK myself... What does that mean? It couldn't be more unprofessional! Do you have to pay attention to who the delivery goes through on Amazon? If it's Asendia - better leave it...

::A distance which is less than 300km takes a month. Probably they are using some sort of drunk camels for transport. Shipment was from China to Canada and it stuck in Switzerland for a month, later in Germany. After 2 months of waiting the seller scheduled to reship the item. The worst post service I have ever experienced. Avoid if you can.
