::Very nice staff! Due to the fact that it is very cold at the moment and my dog is anxious, as the opportunity to offer the dog is very inconvenient as the cars drive past with very little distance, I should just take my dog in quickly to get filter sleeves to buy. ::Actually the Aral isn't bad, the staff could sometimes be friendlier, it always depends on the person. But the car wash is a disgrace. Despite pre-washing with high pressure, then with insect remover, and normal washing, the car looks very bad afterwards. Various things have to be coordinated, such as: Water hardness etc. Limescale stains to the end.

::First you have to wait 10 minutes until the ladies have finished talking, then you get rudely and arrogantly attacked. Of customer friendliness These ladies haven't heard anything about and helpfulness, especially the lady with us the long dark blonde hair.

::Unfortunately I have to fill up here more often because I have a tied fuel card. Endless waiting times. There are often no staff at the checkout in the morning (9 a.m.) and you have to wait to pay. In the evening (9 p.m.) there are only 2 gas pumps available (out of 8) because the others are always locked....
