::Great Ashtanga yoga class (also for beginners). Viktoria makes it sooooo great. She corrects and supports a lot, which is extremely important at the moment when you cannot see yourself in the posture. This is also motivating and the number of participants is also family-like. A great balance to stressful everyday life!
