  We liked the accommodation very much, good facilities and good location and would have deserved 5 stars, but we were not contacted immediately if there were problems with payment (the problem was solved by me immediately), on the phone the landlady was very rude and we had to pay a € 10 service fee.

  Can I give more than 5 stars here please? The apartment is really fantastic in terms of execution: it is in the middle between hotel service and an apartment. You feel like the owners really want to offer more to really make your life? Rooms as good as new - super bed - equipment kitchenette and bathroom are top. There is a tablet in your room, a printer and a very good coffee machine in the hallway (with cups to take with you when you go out and lotus speculoos (ha Belgium) !!), fridge topped up with some basic products and water ( !) and is included, location 15min steps (just outside the inner ring), parking in the street (free), ..... Bed making provided every day. Access takes some getting used to with the code (s), but after 2 times you wonder why we still use keys. Owners are around if you have any questions. Service and equipment beyond expectations! Smooth and worth repeating. The visit to Bayreuth was given added value by this apartment.

  Very modern and immaculately clean apartment with all the amenities one could ask for. TV, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc. On the welcome there were helpful tips from the very nice owner for leisure activities in Bayreuth.
