  My daughter just had her baby here! Everyone was wonderful to us and did their absolute best to make her birth a positive experience! We don't speak German but much of the staff were pretty good at speaking English so the language barrier was minimal. The midwife, Katja, was absolutely wonderful! She's the main reason for this very positive review! She was competent and helpful and I totally recommend her! She did a wonderful job making us feel as at home as possible! She's a wonderful example of what a midwife should be!!!

  Absolute joke. Didn’t make it past the lobby desk. Arrived in the emergency room with full insurance authorization to see a doctor regarding severe flu-like symptoms. A doctor in the lobby proceeded to tell me to “go home for 1-3 days and rest.” If I hadn’t already been sick for 6 days, I would have understood, but I was well deep into a sickness that I needed tests and answers for. I even asked for a COVID test to confirm I didn’t have COVID, to which I was then asked “Why would you want to test? You’re young.” Absolutely shocked and appalled by the lack of care of this particular doctor, whose name I cannot remember, and I’m kicking myself now for not writing it down so I could name-drop him here.

  Having read some of the negative comments, I was getting ready for the worst case scenario. And, mind you, I was desperate to alleviate the acute allergic reaction to a wasp sting. Imagine my surprise when everything went über smoothly — from the ER reception desk, through examination to the actual treatment. It all took roughly 2h with little to none waiting time.

  This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been to!! Of course it started in the emergency room when the doctor acted like she didn’t have time to do an ultrasound on my stomach. They don’t even TRY speak English even though they service the US army here. I got here Thursday and every nurse and doctor that I’ve seen has blown my veins from rushing. I had to get sent down to a surgeon just for an IV because everyone else was incompetent. The only time they checked on me was if I hit the call button and the only thing they would ask was am i in any pain. Nobody would tell me any kind of treatment they were doing, what my lab results were saying, NOTHING. Then I made it known that I was going to check myself out of here, that’s when they wanted to start explaining everything to me! Don’t waste your time in this place. I will never return here even on my death bed.
