  The staff was okay, but I don't understand why patients who have to wait longer than an hour because of their examination with their torso bare are not helped when they are cold :-(. The response of the treating staff, that blankets cannot be distributed "because of Corona" is, in my opinion, completely out of place. Also the excuse that the patient could have brought a blanket is very unsuitable for medical staff :-(. The consequence - a bad cold for the patient - is not expedient for further treatment and especially for the patients who come with quite bad previous illnesses / diagnoses, more than bad! It would be advisable that your patients be advised to bring a blanket, if necessary, because ..., when they register, in order to avoid such unnecessary colds.

  The practice was OK when I was there, but the availability by phone is very poor and steals a lot of time. There is an automatic telephone system where you have to make a selection and a number that you have to call is ultimately canceled (so no forwarding, what should the telephone system do then). The number is so badly spoken on tape that you cannot understand it even if you listen to it several times. Then you can call a secretariat where you are told unfriendly what the number is called, then you call x-Fach and nobody answers.
