  After initially bad rating on my part now a correction to the top. After I had after many unsuccessful phone calls then but still with the personal introduction to the estate an appointment for today, my request was very quickly, extremely friendly and unbureaucratic done. The clerks in the estate are simply TOP👍. A huge thank you again for that. Furthermore, a big apology goes out to Mrs. Seeboth for the initial bad rating of the authority here. A very friendly and helpful woman who can only be praised for her dedication. Unfortunately, she is overwhelmingly showered with work as I could see. Unfortunately, this is a consequence of the public service being cut down over years. My tip, always go directly and talk reasonably with the clerks, then everything works quickly and easily.

  Got the coupons without any problems. The ladies of the estate were friendly and the wait was moderate. I give a star deduction because the building is absolutely not suitable for elderly or disabled people. The probate court is located on the first floor and there is no lift.

  The opening times are no longer up-to-date on the website. We were allowed to hear that today from a very unfriendly employee of the probate court. She emphasized that she had been kind to customers long enough today. That's not how you treat customers. A friendly reference to the next day would have done it too. Make sure to change the opening times on the website
