The staff is completely unfriendly and not at all empathic. It seems like they don't even want to do this job. Such people should sit in the office for all I care, but certainly not in the care! Delimitation of the problems all well and good, but ignoring decency and human rights ?? Hello?? Where are we here?! As a patient, he is given zero response and punishments for no reason whatsoever. He gets his cell phone 45 minutes a day and even then the chance that he can reach anyone is very slim! For me as a computer scientist, it's pure torture! For years I have been taught how important a good infrastructure is and then you see how miserable people can fail! Please dismiss your IT officer or increase the budget! 2020 is no longer the stone age! In addition, it is a cheek to bind the discharges to medication and subjective opinions! If the patient does not feel well and just wants to leave, it is counterproductive. So I think I am! Please use your brain! I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE !! I PREFER 10H BY CAR!
