  Nur einmal war ich hier (zehn Jahre her, mindestens) und fand den Techniker etwas schroff und der Preis ein bisschen zu hoch, aber mein Fotoapparat hat seitdem einwandfrei funktioniert. Es ist toll, daß wir immer noch unsere Geräte reparieren können.

  - NOT GOOD AT ALL - Ok, so I took my Asahi Pentax Spotmatic F to get repaired (broken light sensor) in the beginning of June. I was told that it would take about 3 weeks / 1 month and that they would give me a call to let me know... I waited a month and nothing happened. I had to call myself only to be told that it would take longer. Long story short, I got my camera back only yesterday (5th of September) after showing up several times in person and being told the same old story. When I asked for the camera back, regardless of it being repaired, they told me I could not take right then and there cause it was "taken apart". After that they simply closed the shop for weeks until I was able to find them again and basically told them that I would go to the police and file theft if I did not get my camera back by the following day. I wasn't charged anything, of course... But I was impaired for 3 months and got nothing from it. I understand that an old camera such as mine can be hard to repair or find spare parts. But I don't think that's enough reason to keep the camera for so long, it would be easier (for everyone) if they just told me they couldn't fix it after the first month and just give it back to me. I think that would've been fair and I wouldn't be writing this now.

  Warte seit 2 Monaten auf mein Zeiss Contax Objektiv. Telefonisch wurde mir nach 4 Wochen versichert, das er den Auftrag als nächstes bearbeitet. Seit 3 Wochen geht nur noch der Anrufbeantworter ran. Bin beim Laden vorbeigefahren - keiner da. Nie wieder.

  My worst experience in Berlin !!! I gave my camera to have an estimate for cleaning. After a week I realized I left a battery in the bag and I actually needed this battery. I asked for it. The guy refused to give it back. So, I asked for the camera...he refused to give it back. Then I understood that he had send it to another shop. That's why he couldn't give it back to me. I finaly got my camera back ... 2 months later. He asked for 1000 euros to clean it. FORGET THIS SHOP ... :-((((
