  Very classy. Wonderful staff, really gave us a lot of attention, took care of our needs. Beautiful suites with balconies. Wonderful spa with small pool, sauna, balcony. Relaxing view of the courtyard and adjoining buildings. Because of Corona, you have reserve a pool time, but then you have the whole spa to yourself. Great location, just about a 10 minute walk to the old town area, ask for a map and directions.

  Super friendy service, thumbs up for Ossama! Personal welcome and check-in. Stayed in apartment suite and loved it. Clean and stylish decorated. Enough space for my wife and 2 kids.

  This is by no reasonable measure even close to a 5 star hotel. It is in desperate need of an update, it looks like something from the early 80s. It is in a poor location removed from city centre, yet it is planted right up against apartments with no privacy, the breakfast was not included in room and was lacking no fruit and very poorly prepared omelette. There is a gym but it is, as you expect in Europe small, what you don’t expect is that it shares a space with a business they rent office space to. You are working out in some ones lunch room! There is no climate control or air conditioning in rooms and it is hot even in January, to top it off blankets are thick and poor quality so don’t expect a good sleep. You are way better off to stay at hotel Krome for less money with a good free breakfast. This should be reclassified as a 3 star hotel.

  Lovely hotel and lovely staff. Everyone here is really trying to make your experience a great one. Really fantastic little pool upstairs, nice workout room as well. breakfast buffet is solid. Amentities in the rooms are great (Bathrobes!YAY!) and just as short walk to town!

  A really wonderful hotel with great service! They make sure you're well catered to. The ambience is beautiful and this hotel has all the amenities you might expect in a luxury hotel. They have a nice restaurant in the hotel, and you can listen to live piano sessions on selected days of the week. The only issues I found with this hotel were the lack of a clothes iron in the room (they provide a service to wash and iron your clothes at an extra charge), no free breakfast (breakfast is €15 I believe), and the location (It's a 10-12 minute walk to the city center).
