  The Hotel Amadeus is centrally located and easily accessible in Georgenthal. Although it is already getting a bit old, that is exactly what makes it something special with its great romantic and family charm. Lovingly decorated, the facilities alone offer space to dream and relax. The rooms are not state of the art, but that is part of the atmosphere of the Amadeus. You won't miss anything here. Even more. Everywhere you can find things that combine romantic charm with modern concepts. WiFi, chip-controlled door locks, access to the hotel at any time thanks to the chip and, most recently, infrared heating mirrors in the bathrooms. What needs to be particularly emphasized is the hospitality you experience there. From the friendly welcome at check-in, the extremely friendly service at the sumptuous breakfast to the comfortable check-out. Special requests are always met with open ears and are taken into account wherever possible. We have been guests there a few times and we really enjoyed it every time. And we will definitely be guests there one or two more times.

  Great service, very nice people, good food(diner), breakfast was great. The place had a great warm family feel to it.

  Family hotel, nice staff but all a bit outdated. It's a historic building, so the layout is quirky at best. Our room was small and cramped with furniture, there was no hot water in the morning.
