  The hotel is very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was perfect, everything was there even if the room was full. The boss and her employees are very nice and friendly. They always have an open ear for the guests. We are always happy to come back.

  We went on a short vacation to the beautifully located Hotel “Am Wald”. The room we booked was very spacious, clean and the balcony had a very nice view of the Thuringian region. The breakfast is very good and varied. One evening we ordered the “Elgersburger beer bites” offered by the hotel. It was simply delicious. We would like to thank the entire hotel team again and wish them all the best for the future.

  Nice location, large rooms, everything is clean, the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent: with a selection of fruit and vegetables, warm dishes such as scrambled eggs and sausages, a selection of muesli and yoghurt, etc. We were very satisfied. There is no hotel restaurant for the evening, but the delivery service from the neighboring town worked great.

  We absolutely love this place. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly. We had plenty of space to enjoy our room. The hotel is convenient to many attractions in the area and a good base to work from. We had breakfast and dinner every day at the hotel. Again the staff is friendly and accommodating. The food and service both excellent. 100% would stay again.

  So wonderful! Family friendly, good rooms, clean, friendly staff, big breakfast, I couldn't ask for much more.
