  Ignorance and indignation! We are loyal Allianz customers with all of our companies. However, with a different agency - luckily. In another case we are dealing with this agency and not only questions by email are completely ignored here. Your own guilt for continuing a process is then pushed onto others as well. And if you get discredited because you cannot sign a case because a question is not answered, then this is business damaging. Based on our experience, we can only advise against this agency.
