::My recession seems to have been erased. I don't know how much the owner paid for it but I can always write a new one. This dental practice is absolutely just out for rip-offs, money money money is the only important thing, the well-being of the customers, quality and respect doesn't matter at all, their own employees are dragged into the dirt, colleagues are treated badly and the patients are treated like that with grass while mowing the lawn. Never came in al dente again. It is the absolute, very, very last. Furthermore, Doctor Sieper forwarded confidential information about his employees' billing to me via SMS and because he doesn't like it all that much, he is now trying to get me to delete this recession through a lawyer, which of course I won't do, because I would like everyone to know what I have experienced. I look forward to the court hearing.

::Went back to my all-dente dentist for treatment. This time too I had a fantastic experience that I would definitely like to share here. Starting with the employees in the reception. They are always in a good mood, always cheerful and committed. I really only waited a short time and was soon called. But for me it was a little more complicated. Dr. Sieper is really an experienced implantologist, great. He always gave me comprehensive advice and always addressed my personal situation. This time I continued working on my new implants. The practice's own master dental technician was even there at the treatment chair and gave advice. This is the kind of team solution that other doctors would like to see. I'm 100% satisfied. Full recommendation!

::Even after 11 impressions and several reworks, the "dental specialists" were unable to make me a suitable, aesthetic dental prosthesis. After the boss came back from vacation, I had an appointment with him, not only did he insert the prosthesis that didn't fit into me without gloves, my speeches were completely ignored, he just wanted to get rid of me and stopped the treatment I was recommended to find another dentist who would create a new treatment and cost plan. For me personally it's an indictment.

::In my experience, it depends on who you meet in practice. Some of the staff are very nice and friendly, some are less empathetic or simply don't ask. Some people also get the impression that benefits are being increased, possibly with scaremongering, but that they are not absolutely necessary or only at a later point in time. It seems to me that overall it's not that cheap there either.
