  my children were hospitalized several times and everything was excellent. It was clean and the staff was really friendly with the children. The doctors did everything they needed to make my children well ♥️🐞

  I was so mad my kid was scared of doing a small surgery and dr. Micheal I think her name was just said that you can wait and half a hour till your kid is calm. Then my kid was ready to do it and the docter just said she didn't want to do it again with my kid.

  The radiology technician was very rude, disrespectful, and careless. I had a panic attack during an MRI scan and because of that, the MRI technician yelled at me and treated me very badly and nurses in that department Ignored my panic attack completely and left me without any medical care. Nobody listened to my complaint nor apologized for disrespecting me and yelling at me. The room bathroom was very dirty.

  We can’t thank enough to Alice hospital and its great staff at station 3. They made us feel like at home and took great care of our new born baby. All nurses and support staff try their best to make the patients feel comfortable. The hospital has a special prize as well for the hygiene. Thanks a million. Strongly recommended.

  Worst hospital experience ever, I do not trust them and will refuse to come back ever again. A person needs to be able to trust their medical professionals and, quite frankly, the ones at this hospital repeatedly break my trust. This is the most recent, and final experience with Alice Hospital: I was to come Tuesday October 9 at 8:30am (see the picture attached with this review) and told me I was not supposed to eat for 12 hours. The day after the preconsultation, the woman who did the preconsultation called me because she forgot to ask some important things. I ate Monday between 7 and 730pm. I arrive just after 8am on Tuesday, as I felt it was better to be early than risk being late. A little after 9:30am, I am shown to a room and given a gown, leggings, and hat. I change and wait. At 11:30am, I ask a nurse what the delay is and when I will go in, she says she does not know. I ask her to find out, she says she will find out and come back. She does not. A little after noon, I ask another. She promises to find out and come back. She does not, but a different nurse comes and tells that I am not scheduled until 1:30pm. I ask "then why was I told to come in 8:30am". He tells me I was not told to do that, so I show him what was written down and given to me. He tells me, he doesn't know why I given that, but he knows they always tell people to call the day before. I tell him I was definitely not told that. He says they always tell people that. I respond, "Just like they always ask the questions they forgot to ask and had to call me the next day to ask?" He asks me, if I understand what he has told me. I tell him, "no, but I understand what I have experienced so far." He says "fine" and walks out. I finally got to eat 21 hours after my last meal. After scarfing down my food, I enquired about when I will get feedback on the procedure. Despite being back in my room before 3p, I was told I would have to wait until the next morning! Never had I heard about such malarkey from a medical care facility. There were several other pieces of misinformation, things I was told would happen that never happened, and things I was simply not told but which they claim they always tell people, however I just don't have the energy to type anymore. Avoid this hospital and its doctors! I find it unbelievable that a hospital like this exists in the developed world.
