The place has a big parking lot and covers the most important everyday items, but don't expect too much. The assortment of herbs is limited, and you won't find anything special in terms of groceries. The store lacks clear signage, so you have to walk through all aisles to find a specific type of product, e.g., coffee. That makes shopping unnecessarily cumbersome if you don't visit the store regularly. Most annoyingly, the staff assumes that you adapt to the store. Forgot to take a cart in front of the store and then decided to buy more? Bad luck, there's no carts or baskets inside. If you ask the staff, they tell you it's your problem and you should plan better next time. In other words, they're not interested in allowing you to buy more. Other stores distribute baskets all around to invite customers to buy more than they originally planned. That's basically the bottom line of this store: they run the place to their liking, and the customer must adapt to the store. They don't serve the customer, they're not interested in the customer. Come, buy, and go. If you're looking for groceries in Frankfurt, there are better places, especially if you value good service and a rich variety of goods.

Supermatket is good but it is very hard to find Aktion items in stock. Moreover I personally felt that cashier staff was rude.

Shopping for non-food items is frustrating. There are so many diverse items, but something you think would be commonly needed is not available. Grocery shopping here is fine, and prices are good.

Great products at great prices. Being a discount supermarket, the staff are unfortunately not very caring or polite. Make sure you bring 1 euro for the shopping cart as there is always a rush when trying to bag up your food quickly. It's much easier to just put it all back in the cart, wheel it off to the side, then take your time bagging up your groceries.
