  The staff is very rude and possibly racist like most grocery stores in this area. That is not the case with other ALDI stores I have been to in the city. If you are visibly non-white, expect some or other issue every time you go in. That besides all the other issues, for example, today they are accepting payment only by card. How long will this be the only payment method? God knows.. Update : Reluctantly went to this place to buy only two things. Turns out they were out of the potatoes I like to buy so got the more expensive "Bio" one. They had marked the price at 1.79 euro but actually charged me 2.89 euro. Might seem like a small thing for most people but they habitually have this issue. Somehow its only this ALDI where I have faced the issue of price being marked differently than what they actually charge. Its theft.

  So... I heard about a "big sale" on all actual discount products and went straight to it. Planned my meal, got a nice wine after a hard day of work... Just to find out, at the checkout, that the items were not on sale. Only a few selected items were. In Germany, there is this crazy thing where if the supermarket lies to you, it's your problem. Don't like it? Don't buy it.

  It's very small and does not have many choices, the price is more expensive than other aldi's in Europe. But, if you need bread, is a good choice
