  We, our big families 15 people just arrived this afternoon. Nice hotel, service good, room ok, For me: I think the holtel is super 5 star when we just arrived. The Reception service are fantastic Clean room. But 1 more if: 👉they have welcome drinks 👉 in the room should have the waterboiling. In the middle of the cold days, could be nice if we can cook hot water to make tea by yourself when we need. Otherwise, everything really really comfortable here. I will definitely comeback and choose this hotel again. And this is not the first time of our families here. Nearly every years my parents here for holiday.

  It's a overall mediocre hotel. The service ist good and the facilities are overall clean. However you recognize the age of the hotel everywhere (e. G. there is a distant but reconnizable smell everywhere). Food is okay but also nothing great. It's just very average across the board with some high and low lights. A absute no go is the indoor playground, it's absolutely grim and disappointing for a family hotel. Price to value is barely okay to be honest.

  Very disappointed by this hotel Nobody care about speaking another langage than german except for 1 or 2 receptionists and no menu or welcome book are translated We have spend our stay on Google translate to make ourself understood Playground area for children is not supervised by hotel, parents or grandparent just drop children there and run away. All activities are german only,cinema meeting for children. It's a no go for me

  We had such a nice time with our family. The kids have so many different possibilities to spend their time: pool, cinema, playgrounds inside and outside the building, a climbing park and many more. The staff were outstanding friendly. The rooms are okay. They were as expected for a 3 star hotel. The view from the panorama rooms is amazing. There is just one thing that was disappointing and that was the food. For breakfast and dinner none of the bread was fresh. And for me as veggie it was hard to find more then pasta or potatoes. The quality in general could be improved here.

  Clean bathroom and room. Swimming pool not available. Weight room ok. Good buffet type food - few vegan choices. Accessible to a local train-walking distance with connection to Berlin. Taxi short tempered and demanding.
