::I gave birth at Schaumburg Hospital on February 2nd. I was very excited about doctors and nurses/nurses! Really great and lovely people. Girls keep it up. You guys are great. You are in very good hands. Dear doctors in the delivery room. I was hugged, reassured and hugged again and again. I thank you for this loving interaction. I think every woman giving birth needs this. I definitely needed it. Sisters lovingly cared for me and my baby too.

::I was a patient on ward N33 (neurology). I'm very satisfied. A modern, clean hospital. All employees from reception, nurses, doctors and employees at the MRI. Everyone was really nice and tried hard. The mood among the sisters is good, there is also a lot of laughter here, a good sign. An international team of qualified, friendly people! The food is plentiful, there are good choices and it even tastes good. I can recommend this clinic without reservation, even if I obviously don't want to be a guest again anytime soon... 😀 Thank you for everything 🍀

::This is unbelievable. They said i need to come for the operation 8am (to take out the tube from my kidney) but i am Waiting till 3pm and no one knows when i do the operation. Yesterday nurse said that i need to come today 8am cause i am number 3 on the line. Butttt now, i did not eat since ages, and i keep taking my antibiotics. Sorry to say but this is unbelievable that i need to write my bad feeling here. Doctor came and told me i cannot do the operation today cause off full. Excuse me? Nurse said i am number 3. Why then they gave a feeling to me that i am not a priority. Ok well, if there are some emergencies surgery then i can understand. Ifffff there is communication. Buahhhhh. If there is “i dont know when is the time for you to do the operation” thats not good answer for me as a patient. Omg, i got a strange feeling and feel even unbelievable that i write this things here. Cause i dont know to whom i need to tell this. The nurses? Doc? I did a bit, but they are too busy to hear all of this. So if one of you is working in this hospital, please build good management and build good communication beetween workers and especially with patients. This is important for the mind also. Communication is important. For me, i am fine with all the delays if i informed. Cause hanging on something not sure is not nice! Really. I should mention there are good doctors and nurses here but some else also very rude. Especially about communication. This is my second time i am here and the disappointment comes double. This is unbelievable. This is far from professional. Thanks for giving at least this space to write. Alles gute, Hope for better management. Mega.
