::I've been a patient there for years, managed my 3 pregnancies there and even moving to Fürth didn't stop me from changing my gynecologist. Miss Dr. Link is a great doctor, always has an open ear, is compassionate and very competent. Telephone difficulties are encountered in almost every practice these days. You don't always get through on the first try but... people just don't have patience anymore ;)

::Unfortunately, the practice can almost never be reached by phone or by great coincidence. I have been a patient there for years and am currently considering changing practices. After the treatment center took over, I noticed that the practice was much less well maintained and clean. That also speaks for a change. A pity.

::Never reachable by phone!!! Last time I was forced to drive to the practice in person because no one ever answered! Now I have an appointment, but I have a cold and haven't been able to reach ANYONE by phone for days. I sit in the queue for over 10 minutes several times a day - this is absolutely unreasonable and unprofessional! What do the helpers do all day long that no one can ever answer the phone! I've been seeing my doctor for over 10 years, but I'm changing now because it's simply not possible for this practice to not be able to communicate with you. This problem has been going on for about 1-2 years and it's getting worse

::I have only positive things to say about Dr. Baumann, I highly recommend this praxis and specifically this doctor. Very attentive, takes his time, and answers all concerns. Everyone at reception has always been lovely with me as well.
