  NOTE: this review is highly impacted by our late check-in time Due to certain unavoidable circumstances, we couldn’t check-in until after 11pm. When we got to the hotel and went to the front desk, no one was there (it was closed), so they had just left our keys on the counter. Except one of the keys wasn’t there? On the note it said it was in a safe??? After some searching and help from someone who could speak German and called the hotel (from the hotel), we found the safe box outside the entrance, but there was no code written so it would have been very difficult for all of us to access our rooms without help. When we got to our rooms, a couple of the doors were difficult to open, which wouldn’t have been much of an issue if we weren’t so tired or could have asked the receptionist for help. The shower was kind of janky imo, and the bed not the most comfortable. The next morning when we saw some of the staff, they were really kind, and the breakfast was good. If we had been able to check-in earlier when the staff was there, I imagine this review would easily be 3 if not 4 stars, but alas for our circumstances it was not the best experience

  Quiete old type hotel, pleasant personnel, only breakfast, clean rooms. Qute place.

  Staff at reception and dinning room is very friendly, ready to help you. Rooms are big and nice. Hallway gives you false impression that of an old building but rooms are exact opposite of that. Make sure that you get room on the opposite side of street.

  The staff is super friendly, rooms are nice and location is basically in the center of Schweinfurt. The only lacking is that there is no air conditioner so if you come when it's above 30 degrees (like I dd) it's definetly not nice. The restaurant opens just on breakfast and it's very limited.

  Clean, space is big enough for a person in single room, not noisy which sleep very well. Breakfast does not have much choice but fair enough
