  This is a lovely hotel directly opposite the Mercedes Benz arena which is very handy, if your wanting to go to an event there. Being a IHG Spire Elite rewards club member, I was welcomed by lovely young lady and was given a nice welcome. I had some interaction with a few team members and found them all to be courteous, polite and efficient. I believe this comes from the top with an excellent GM overseeing operations. The room was lovely, the bed was cosy, an ambient tempreture is kept by a very good air conditioning. The hotel is modern and new. And like much of the very changing face of Berlin there is currently allot of construction going on around the hotel which is not disruptive and will add many benefits in the near future with a huge modern shopping mall and a IHG indigo hotel. I will also mention the wonderful Holiday Inn pillow menu to select your favourite type pillow, and the room was very clean and well kept by an effecient house keeping, with the rooms made up brilliantly everyday. The curtains in the room are block out, so a sleep in is possible. Dont forget to put your do not disturb sign out. If your hungry, the room service is very good, with a healthy to naughty selection of food delivered quickly and hot. There’s a nice restaurant down stairs on the ground floor with a Starbucks café as well. The Breakfast is also served here and is a Buffet and a large selection all very tasty, delicious and tempting. Overall a very nice stay, with a visit to the nearby Berlin Wall museum and exploring the eclectic old eastern side of Berlin. A 👍🏻 LIKE IS APPRECIATED FROM YOU IF YOU READ MY REVIEW

  Centrally located and easy to access most parts of the city. I really liked the services. They also have a neat menu for food to select from.

  Great value hotel in East Berlin. We stayed here primarily for a concert at the Mercedes-Benz Arena, which is literally a minute or two across the road so could not be better! We used it as a base for sightseeing in the city which was easy as the station is only 5-10 minutes walk, and you can connect to anywhere very quickly. It's also handy for the S9 train to Schonefeld airport. The rooms are fine if a bit basic. The bathroom was good with a nice shower. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner... food and service good. Breakfast buffet varied and plentiful. The bar is also very good. Overall a great hotel, with friendly helpful staff. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

  Really good hotel. Close to good transport links. Rooms were clean and of a good standard.

  Good location, nice facilities, always been welcoming! Breakfast is extra, but there's a huge selection of great food. Very close to the East Side Gallery (and if you like Pizza & Beer then Pirates Berlin is five minutes away). If you head north past the skateboard park then there are is a good selection of great bars. Stayed here several times now, and I've always been very happy with the service and quality.
