::All Corona measures are implemented here in an exemplary manner! It can happen that you have to wait in line at the door. But the staff, who are always friendly and in a good mood, make up for it! You can also copy and fax here, as well as receive small "schnaggels", e.g. cards, calendars, cups, etc. Thumbs up!!!!

::Opening times are very unfavorable for employees without shift work: they only open from 8:30 a.m. and close again at 5:00 p.m. Adequate time would be from 8:00 a.m. and/or until 6:00 p.m. A morning or afternoon adjustment should be reconsidered.

::The packing station was full again and the shipment was redirected to the branch. Resultant 40 minutes waiting time with at least another 15 people. That's what I call real service!! Thank you for letting me waste my time with you.

::The Heusweiler post office is a bad joke. The only post office far and wide and tiny too. Waiting times of 15 minutes or more are the norm and woe betide anyone else in the queue of 15 people who wants to do their banking. Of course, it's even worse if you're a Postbank customer yourself and have to go there. The branch is usually only staffed by one person, which is of course far too few. However, the local conditions barely have enough space for two employees. I get aggressive every time I get a note in the mail because my package is ready to be picked up. It couldn't be worse. A complaint to Post AG has so far received no response.
